Each student will write one paragraph. Paragraph must have an introduction, 3 supporting sentences, and conclusion statement. Must include one vocabulary word- used correctly- per paragraph. Together, students must write about all 4 stages.

*Take a clear plastic cup and fill it with water, measure the height of the water with a ruler and record the height.
*Make a prediction on what you think will happen in your science journal.
*At a variety of intervals during the day, record the time of day, measure the height of the water in the cup and record the height.
*Record, draw, or photograph observations in a chart.
*Write a conclusion statement on what was observed. Was the prediction
correct?
